Marc Stuart Medium had a successful tour in Western New York State and Toronto, Canada, in October 2024, starting with a radio interview on Pete's Psychic Radio Show. Joined by Devi Wolf, a medium he trained, who traveled from Tennessee to meet him face-to-face for the first time after two years of Zoom-based collaboration, they connected with audiences across several memorable events. The tour included a training session in Fredonia, a live broadcast from the historic Hydesville Memorial Park, and two inspiring church events. Beyond their official engagements, Marc and Devi also enjoyed exploring local tourist spots, making the two-week tour a rewarding mix of work and discovery.
Fredonia 10th October
Marc Stuart Medium’s October 2024 event in Fredonia was a highlight of his tour through Western New York and Toronto, Canada. Held at the inviting Woodland Brews Café on Main Street, the event provided an intimate space for impactful sessions. Accompanied by Devi Wolf, a Tennessee-based medium he trained, Marc offered private readings and led an evening Scottish circle, giving participants a rare and immersive experience in traditional Scottish-style mediumship. During their time in the region, Marc and Devi also visited nearby Lily Dale, the “capital” of American Spiritualism. Known for its historic role in Spiritualism since 1879, Lily Dale is home to the Marion H. Skidmore Library, which houses the most extensive collection of Spiritualist literature. Marc and Devi each picked up several books from the library, adding to their knowledge and connection with American Spiritualist traditions. This visit enriched their journey, blending professional insights with a deeper appreciation of the history that continues to shape their work.
Hydesville Park - 11th October
🛰️ Historic Echoes from the Birthplace of Spiritualism! 💖
They attempted a live broadcast from the historic site of the Fox Sisters' home in Hydesville, NY—widely recognized as the birthplace of modern Spiritualism. In 1848, Maggie, Kate, and Leah Fox set the world alight with mysterious rapping sounds that they interpreted as communication from the spirit world. This ignited a movement that inspired countless mediums and spiritual seekers. For Devi, this was her first visit to this legendary site, while for Marc, it was his fifth pilgrimage—and still every bit as powerful. Despite battling the elements (a few rogue raindrops!) and some hilarious connectivity issues, Marc and Devi brought you as close to the Fox Sisters' footsteps as possible, hoping to share the energy of this pivotal location. Though the original house was moved and lost to fire, the spirit of the Fox Sisters lives on. The site remains a symbolic beacon for Spiritualism, and every visit reaffirms our connection to this profound history. If you caught our live broadcast—despite Marc's artistic (read: shaky) camerawork—thank you for joining us! Other side watch the video here.
First Spiritual Temple - East Aurora - 14th October
🌟 A Night to Remember at the First Spiritualist Temple-East! 🌟
Marc Stuart Medium's next event was at the First Spiritualist Temple-East in East Aurora, NY, was a fantastic success! Held at 29 Temple Pl, the evening began with Marc's engaging presentation on Scottish Spiritualism—highlighting the distinctive aspects of Scottish mediumship and what makes it truly unique in the spiritual community. With nearly thirty attendees, the audience was captivated as Marc shared stories and insights, answering questions that deepened everyone's understanding of this dynamic tradition. 🧘♂️✨ Afterward, Marc led a hands-on training session with three talented local mediums, introducing them to his rapid-fire methodology—a technique Marc developed to deliver readings quickly and accurately. This immersive, high-paced approach enabled Marc to provide readings for every single attendee in just over an hour, creating an electric and unforgettable experience! The Churches website is firstspiritualisttemple.com, and the evening certainly delivered incredible value to everyone who attended. Thank you to all who joined us and made this event such a success! Stay tuned for future workshops and gatherings as Marc continues to share the energy and excitement of Scottish Spiritualism. The event was filmed and we expect this to be published very soon.
Devi Flies Home...
Devi flew home at the end of the first week of Marc Stuart Medium’s October tour. Before departing, the two of them enjoyed a spectacular day together at Niagara Falls. They visited the casinos, took in the breathtaking views of the falls, crossed over into Canada, and explored Bird World. For Marc, familiar with the area and its attractions, this was a chance to revisit a place he knows well and envisions as the future site for a spiritual training center. For Devi, it was her first visit to Niagara Falls, making it a memorable and exciting conclusion to her time on the tour.
Springdale Church - 20th October
The final event of Marc Stuart Medium’s October tour took place at Springdale Church in East York, Toronto, at 30 Merritt Rd. This special Divine Service ran from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with Marc as the guest speaker. In a nod to Marc’s unique approach, the church agreed to let him work in his Scottish style, forgoing the traditional long address in favor of his rapid-fire message delivery. Marc’s dynamic and energetic method allowed him to connect with each of the approximately 30 attendees, ensuring that everyone received a message during the service. This format kept the energy high and created an engaging, personalized experience for all present, showcasing Marc’s distinctive approach to mediumship. The event was well-received, emphasizing the powerful impact of Marc's Scottish mediumship style within the Toronto spiritual community. ...and Marc Drives to Canada
Following Devi's departure, Marc drove up to Toronto on his own, taking a few well-deserved days to relax after the intense spiritual work in New York State. With only one scheduled event in Toronto, he took full advantage of the city’s sights and attractions.
Marc immersed himself in the local experiences, including a breathtaking trip up the CN Tower, a scenic boat ride across Lake Ontario, and a visit to the bustling aquarium. He also made time for a stop at one of Toronto’s mega casinos and explored the iconic Bata Shoe Museum—a unique highlight showcasing the evolution of footwear and culture. After an enriching and adventure-filled stay, Marc wrapped up his tour and returned to Scotland, bringing with him both new connections and cherished memories of his time in North America.
Onwards into 2025!
Marc is planning two trips to the USA and Canada in 2025. Very early as of yet, but this will probably include trips in May and October. More details will be posted here in due course.
